I think this is Grandpa Fred, Uncle George, Aunt Bertha? correct me if I'm wrong. Notice the old water tank on the hill and that huge juniper just down the hill from it. I recognize the old cabin but I'm just not to sure about the rest.

Neglected
Hey guys, sorry I haven't put anything up lately. I have been very busy with other things and unfortunately I have neglected this blog. The dust will settle here pretty soon and I will get back to posting pics and making some comments about them. Meanwhile if any of you have pictures you would like to post feel free to do so.

The Old Ranch House

This is a picture of Uncle Jesse hauling firewood on mules to the old ranch house on Johnson Creek. I have always heard about the old log cabin house that was located near the creek before they moved it to its current location and built the new house around it. I think this picture is the only one of its kind. Any comments?

First Things First
This is an attempt to begin a story of my families life at the Stacy Ranch located on the lower blue river. The Stacy's no longer own the ranch but we do share a lifetime of memories and stories that I think are worth telling and sharing. I would also like to welcome other comments, photos, and stories from others who were a part of or some how affected by life on the Stacy Ranch. I'm certainly no pro at doing this but I figure if we can just get something started that it will all take care of it self somehow.
